This two-day training focuses on self-reflection, personal effectiveness, and leadership development. Participants will explore four key themes: Focus (prioritisation and stakeholder management), Connect (building rapport and understanding motivation), Manage Self (managing triggers and insecurities), and Influence (mindset and communication). The programme includes a pre-online intake session, an assignment, and a follow-up personal coaching session to reinforce learning. Join this small-group course with a maximum of 15 participants!
