Intended audience:
All scientists involved in vector borne diseases management, diagnosis, or prevention, including vectors control: clinical physicians, microbiologists, entomologists, veterinarians, epidemiologists.
Objectives:
This course aims to improve knowledge about the most frequent VBD and support attendees in understanding the biology of vectors responsible for the transmission of VBD, and the best ways to prevent the transmission. Participants will receive updated knowledge on the diagnosis, treatment, prevention and epidemiology of VBD and be able to give advice to people travelling or living in at-risk areas.
