Onsite course

The ESCMID Guidelines Subcommittee organises a yearly onsite training course, consisting of both interactive lectures and practical exercises covering all steps of guidelines production, with a main focus on systematic reviews, meta-analyses and the GRADE approach.

The course is free of charge, but participants will need to formally commit to being available in the 24 months following course attendance, in future ESCMID guidelines development projects and assist the drafting groups in performing systematic reviews (abstract screening, full-text screening and data extraction) for ESCMID guidelines projects.

Application for European Continuing Medical Education (CME) accreditation through the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) will be submitted.
